Ordering

Q: Can I place an order without creating an account?
A: Yes! You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders and view order history.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other secure credit/debit cards.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
A: Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel or adjust it.


Shipping

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: No. We currently ship only within the United States.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes, once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened items. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Q: Can I return opened or used products?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fish antibiotics for health and safety reasons.

Q: Are your fish antibiotics pharmaceutical grade?
A: Yes. All our fish antibiotics meet strict quality standards and are intended for use in ornamental fish only.

Q: Do I need a prescription to buy fish antibiotics?
A: No prescription is required to order from MoxFish. However, products are for fish use only and not for human consumption.
